Commercial Painting for Buildings That Stay Open

Property managers, facilities directors and business owners do not need to be convinced that paint matters. They need a crew that shows up when scheduled, works around tenants and customers, prices the job in writing before it starts, and leaves the space usable at the end of every day.

That is how we run commercial work across Nashville and Middle Tennessee: offices, medical and dental suites, retail, restaurants, churches, daycares, senior living and multi-tenant buildings, inside and out.

Commercial Services

Commercial interior painting
Lobbies, offices, conference rooms, corridors, break rooms and suites. Low-VOC products for occupied spaces, daily cleanup, and evening, weekend or phased scheduling so the space keeps working.

Commercial exterior painting
Fiber cement, masonry and block, EIFS and stucco, wood, metal and steel. The product is matched to the substrate (elastomeric for masonry, direct-to-metal primer for steel), with entrances phased so customers can still get in.

Office building painting
Single suites to multi-floor buildings, tenant turnovers, lobby refreshes, stairwells and parking-garage CMU, staged floor by floor so departments stay operational.

How Commercial Quoting Works

Commercial jobs get a site walk, unlike our residential quotes from photos. Buildings have access rules, occupied areas and substrates that need to be seen.

  1. Site walk (30 to 60 minutes) with your facilities contact: every surface in scope, access restrictions, scheduling needs, anything that changes prep or product.
  2. Written fixed-price quote within 48 hours covering surfaces, prep, products, timeline and phasing. No open-ended estimates.
  3. A schedule before we start. Early starts, evenings, weekends or room-by-room phasing, agreed up front so nobody is surprised.
  4. Prep, two coats, daily cleanup. Floors, furniture, equipment, landscaping and signage are protected throughout.
  5. Final walkthrough with your contact before we invoice.

Spaces We Paint

  • Offices and corporate space: conference rooms, open work areas, lobbies, hallways
  • Medical and dental offices: low-odor products, work scheduled around patient hours
  • Retail: storefronts and sales floors, phased so the floor stays open
  • Restaurants and hospitality: off-hours work as standard
  • Churches, daycares and senior living: quiet, tidy work areas and direct contact with your administrator
  • Multi-tenant and mixed-use buildings: suite turnovers and common areas for landlords and property managers

Products

We use Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams commercial lines, chosen for the surface and the traffic, not for the lowest price: washable, durable finishes for corridors and common areas, low- or zero-VOC products inside occupied buildings, and exterior systems rated for Nashville's humidity and temperature swings.

  • “Those Guys Painting Co team did an amazing job transforming our exterior house, backyard fence and railings from dull, sad, and outdated to vibrant, joyful, and alive. My family and I can’t thank them enough for the amount of time and hard work these awesome guys put into making our house (and community) look so much nicer and upgraded. It makes me so happy when I look at my house and backyard now. We already received so many compliments from our neighbors even during the process. Pretty cool, right? Communication was great, scheduling was easy, work quality was excellent. Andrew and Dustinn are very passionate with what they do and the reputation of their business. I also have to give Chris, Alex, and Leo a big shout out. Your hard work didn’t go unnoticed. We feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to work with them. Obviously pricing is an important factor in picking a painter, but with Those Guys Painting Co, pricing is extremely competitive and more than fair--but even more importantly is the quality of work, and there Those Guys Painting Co excels. We needed to add more areas to be painted and Andrew responded quickly and positively every single time. Thumbs up for both Andrew and Dustinn for their professionalism and commitment. They both also are very good listeners. Dustinn has an amazing attention to detail and clearly takes great pride in being a craftsman. Dustinn was very meticulous and took his time and the result is spectacular. He was honest and direct about how the job should be done, and provided good advice at each decision point. It was a great pleasure working with Those Guys Painting Co. Thank you and keep up the good work! God bless y’all!”

  • “I can’t say enough how happy we are about choosing Those Guys Painting. We gathered several bids from other local painters and Those Guys pricing was very fair for the scope of work we needed done. The quality of the work was even better. Andrew and Dustin were great to work with. I won’t even bother reaching out to another company on our next project as Those Guys have earned our business going forward.”

  • “As a do-it-yourself kind of guy, I kept putting off painting the parts of my home where it took an extension ladder to reach. Over time, this caught up with me and I had a lot of paint peeling and flaking off and was in need of a good paint job on my mid-1970’s vintage home. I reached out to Those Guys Painting Company and they gave me a fair quote for the work and got started right away. Pressure washing got things started, then taping the brick, protecting the roofing from overspray, painting the body and trim, and hand brushing the windows (removing, cleaning, & reinstalling the storm windows). I was unsure of how well they could cover the areas where the paint was peeling, but they did a great job and the coverage was fantastic. The work crews were all very friendly and they always cleaned up at the end of the day and worked long days (in very hot weather) to get the job done in short order. Any questions I had with Andrew at the front office were quickly answered. There were no extra charges and the work quoted up front was the price I was invoiced for at the end. I can certainly recommend Those Guys Painting Company for your exterior painting needs.”
