Those Guys Painting Co. is a Nashville-based painting contractor with over a decade of experience and 1,000+ completed projects across Greater Nashville. We built our reputation on one thing: doing the work the right way — thorough prep, premium products, and honest timelines with no surprises.
We serve homeowners and businesses throughout Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, East Nashville, and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area. Interior repaints, full exterior jobs, cabinet refinishing, deck staining, wallpaper removal, trim work — we handle the full scope of residential and commercial painting.
Every quote is free and fixed — the price we give you is the price you pay. No hidden fees, no change orders for scope we should have caught upfront. We move your furniture, lay drop cloths, do the prep work, apply two coats, clean up daily, and walk through the finished job with you before we call it done.
Our crew is carefully selected and managed directly. We don't hand your job to whoever answers the phone. You'll know who's showing up, and they'll know exactly what's expected on your specific project.

Meet the team
Two people are responsible for every job we take on: the one who prices it and the one who builds it.
AH
Andrew Hawks
Owner-Operator & Sales Lead
Andrew owns and runs Those Guys Painting Co. and its parent company, Those Guys Holding. He ran the company for a decade in Michigan before relaunching it in Nashville in 2024. He is the person who reads every quote request, prices the job from your photos and answers, and sends back a fixed price within 24 hours — no sales visit, no upsell on the day. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice.

Charlie Hajek
Project Manager
Charlie runs production. He schedules the crews, sets each job up before the first drop cloth goes down, and signs off before we call it finished. We run the company remotely, so Charlie manages from the photos and check-ins the crew sends rather than from the driveway — and if a wall needs another coat or a line needs re-cutting, he is the one who says so. That is what "right the first time" means in practice.
