No. We move and cover everything. We use drop cloths on all floors and plastic on furniture. When we leave each day, the space is clean and usable. The only thing we ask is that you clear smaller personal items and wall decor before we start.

We provide the paint — it's included in your estimate. We use Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams as our standard brands. If you have a specific brand or color in mind, just let us know and we'll build it into the quote. No surprises on cost.

That's normal and we're here to help. We offer color consultation and can advise on what works with your lighting, flooring, and existing finishes. We'll also let you know upfront if a color choice will need extra coats or has any coverage risks — so there are no cost surprises after the fact.

We collect a deposit to secure your spot on the schedule, with the balance due at project completion. The exact split is outlined in your estimate before you commit to anything. No hidden fees, no change orders without your approval.

Our painters are carefully selected and managed directly by our team. We don't outsource work to random crews. Every person in your home has been vetted, trained on our process, and understands the scope of your specific project.
