Repairs and Caulking
Rotted wood gets repaired or replaced (we'll discuss scope and cost first). Cracks get filled. Loose boards get secured. On HardiePlank and fiber cement, we re-caulk every seam, window surround, and penetration — this is where Nashville humidity gets in if you skip it. Minor repairs are part of the prep. Sanding and Priming
